To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what criteria is used to determine whether a proposed data centre is of national significance and should be directed into the nationally significant infrastructure project regime; and what minimum requirements for consultation with affected residents and local authorities will apply to such projects following the removal of mandatory pre-application consultation requirements.
