To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what guidance she is providing on the weight local planning authorities may give to the cumulative effect of proposed data centres on (a) water supplies, (b) electricity-network capacity, (c) agricultural land, (d) Green Belt land, (e) noise and (f) local air quality; and whether her Department plans publish data-centre-specific planning guidance.
