To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what proportion of homes funded through the Social and Affordable Homes Programme in Walsall Borough will be available for (a) social rent, (b) affordable rent, (c) shared ownership and (d) other tenures; and what definition of affordability will be used when recording those homes.
