PARLIAMENTARY WRITTEN QUESTION

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment the Department has made of the potential effect of the National Planning Policy Framework published on 17 August 2026 on the preparation of the Walsall Borough Local Plan; and whether Walsall Council will be required to repeat or revise any stages of consultation, evidence gathering or examination as a consequence of the new Framework.
