To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, why pitch fee reviews for residential park homes are linked to the Consumer Prices Index through legislation, while equivalent protections do not apply to holiday park homes; and whether she has considered introducing similar statutory protections for holiday park home owners.
