Question Asked
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment her Department has made of the potential impact of the requirement on authorities with older local plans to demonstrate a six-year supply of deliverable housing sites on speculative development in Walsall Borough; and what protections exist for communities while the Walsall Borough Local Plan is being prepared.
