To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many children in Walsall Borough are expected to (a) become eligible and (b) cease to be eligible for the Holiday Activities and Food programme as a result of the changes to eligibility taking effect from September 2026; and whether the Department will publish the methodology used to calculate those estimates.
