PARLIAMENTARY WRITTEN QUESTION

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answers to Questions 16442 and 16443 on 15 July 2026, on Housing: Sales, what modelling her Department has undertaken of the potential impact of the proposed reforms on (a) transaction fall-through rates, (b) average completion times and (c) costs to buyers and sellers; what assumptions that modelling makes about adoption by conveyancers, lenders and estate agents; and if she will publish the modelling and sensitivity analysis.
