To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, to list the countries to which his Department has facilitated visits by the independent reviewer of terrorism legislation since 2019.

Answer

The Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation is a statutory role established under the Terrorism Act 2006 and is an independent public appointee. In fulfilling his statutory duties, he regularly engages with other countries but does so independently of the Government.
