PARLIAMENTARY WRITTEN QUESTION

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many additional council homes the Department expects Walsall Council to deliver by 2031 as a result of the measures announced on 25 August 2026; and what funding will be provided to the authority through (a) capital grant, (b) preferential borrowing, (c) the Capacity to Build programme and (d) increased flexibility over acquisitions.
