To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what weight local planning authorities may give to constraints on (a) highway capacity, (b) access to primary care, (c) school capacity and (d) sewerage infrastructure when determining applications subject to the National Planning Policy Framework policy of in-principle support for development around well-connected stations.
