To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer to Question 18619 on 23 July 2026 on Planning Authorities: Housing, what estimate her Department has made of the number of local planning authorities that (a) cannot demonstrate a five-year housing land supply and (b) are subject to consequences arising from the Housing Delivery Test.
