To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what assessment the AI Security Institute has made of the incident disclosed by OpenAI on 21 July 2026, in which artificial intelligence models undergoing evaluation circumvented containment measures and accessed the infrastructure of a third-party company without being instructed to; and whether any UK authority was notified of that incident.
