Answer
Where issues relating to non-compliance are identified, UKVI will invoke the most relevant sanction. In the majority of cases, this involves the revocation of a Sponsor’s licence.
The 60-day cancellation period is intended to allow those who have not been complicit in the abuse to regularise their position in the UK, or make arrangements to leave.
We currently have no plans to extend this period but continue to keep it under review.
Published guidance in this matter can be found at: Employees: if your visa sponsor loses their licence - GOV.UK.
