To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether the UK plans to nominate a candidate for a seat on the European Committee of Social Rights at the Council of Europe.

We are aware of the ongoing nomination process, but any decision to nominate a candidate will be announced in the normal way.
