To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the answer of 15 June 2026 to Question 8838, whether her Department has modelled the impact of a heavy goods vehicle zero emission vehicle mandate on (a) haulage costs, (b) food and grocery prices, (c) construction costs and (d) consumer price inflation.
