To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, whether he is taking steps to review and revise the DESNZ North Sea Future Plan in consultation with the sector, in response to feedback from energy sector businesses on that plan.

The 2025 North Sea Future Plan is the government’s response to the “Building the North Sea’s Energy Future” consultation, which engaged extensively with industry, workers and other stakeholders.

The government continues to work closely with the sector to deliver the Plan, including through the North Sea Future Board, which brings together industry, trade unions and regional organisations to oversee progress.
