To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he has made an estimate of the number of NHS Trusts with policies on staff toilets and changing facilities that are incompatible with the Supreme Court ruling in the case of For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers [2025].
