PARLIAMENTARY WRITTEN QUESTION
Ofsted (4 February 2015)

Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if she will amend the information on the government website relating to complaints about Ofsted inspection reports to remove the reference to the fact that people who are unhappy with a review by the Independent Complaints Adjudication Service for Ofsted can also complain to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

Asked by:
Sir Christopher Chope (Conservative)

Answer

It would not be appropriate to amend the Government website as suggested as it is for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to decide whether or not a complaint falls within its remit.
