Answer

The Farming Innovation Programme funds research and innovation to offer new technology, equipment and practices that will support development of UK businesses and deliver solutions for farmers. Further grants like the Farming Equipment & Technology Fund (FETF) have helped ensure these UK-developed technologies can be adopted to support UK agriculture.

We continue to work with industry to explore and enhance the full range of levers available to support UK agri-innovation and technology growth.
