To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when his Department plans to reach a decision on Network Rail's application for a Transport and Works Act Order in connection with the Ordsall Chord project.

Network Rail’s application for a Transport and Works Act Order in connection with the Ordsall Chord project is in the process of being considered by the Department, in accordance with Transport and Works Act procedures. A decision will be announced in due course.
