To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to his Department's New Hospitals Programme: plan for implementation, published on 20 January 2025, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of the delay in the Royal Berkshire Hospital's construction start date to 2037-2039 on (a) patients and (b) staff.
