To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, what recent discussions he has had with the Secretary of State for Transport on improving transport links to Wales.

Answer

This Government has secured electrification of the Great Western Main Line all the way to Swansea – ensuring faster journey times and increased capacity on cross-border services.

The UK Government’s transformative rail investment and additional economic resources allocated to the Welsh Government are making Wales a more attractive place to invest.
