To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many and what proportion of clinical commissioning groups have signed up to the five NHS Sign up to Safety pledges.

Answer
Nineteen clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) have signed up to the five NHS Sign up to Safety Pledges as of 16 December 2014.
This represents 9% of all CCGs.
The Sign up to Safety campaign was launched in June of this year and continues to recruit new organisations.
