I refer the Hon Member to the written statement of 19th December 2023 The Next Stage in Our Long Term Plan for Housing Update (HCWS161).
The designation thresholds for local authority planning decision making performance are set out in the Criteria for Designation which was published on 19th October 2022 and is available to view at the following link.
