To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what estimate she has made of the number of level (a) one and (b) two fall incidents community health services responded to in each of the last 12 months.

Data is not collected on the number of level one and level two falls incidents that community health services respond to. The following table shows the number of urgent community response (UCR) referrals for falls:
