Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what response the Government plans to make to the Employment Appeal Tribunal decision of 4 November 2014 in Bear Scotland and others v Mr David Fulton and others.

Answer

The Government respects the Employment Appeal Tribunal judgment on holiday pay and is urgently working through the detail.
