To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he has had recent discussions with the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities on tackling the shortage of social care workers in (a) Shropshire and (b) other rural areas in England.

I have had recent discussions with several Integrated Care Systems and local authorities about the challenge of recruiting care workers in rural areas.
