Information relating to trains planned and cancellations by operator is publicly available on the Office and Rail and Road website. Avanti West Coast’s information is included below
Avanti West Coast has sought force majeure relief under its contract for industrial action including for the impact of the withdrawal of rest day working. While the Department considers this claim it is unable to accurately exclude data relating to periods affected by industrial action in 2022/23. There was no industrial action in the period for 2021/22.
