Mental Health Services: Disadvantaged (1 November 2022)

Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what plans he has to meet community representatives of (a) refugees and asylum seekers, (b) homeless people and (c) other members of the Government’s Inclusion Health Groups, in order to develop plans to improve mental health in these groups.

Answer

Earlier this year, we launched a public call for evidence on mental health, wellbeing and suicide prevention, which received over 5,000 submissions. We are currently considering the responses and further information will be available in due course.
