To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what discussions her Department has had with the National Institute for Health and Care Research on improving women’s health research since the publication of the Women’s Health Strategy.

The Department is working with the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). to deliver the research commitments in the Women’s Health Strategy. The NIHR is currently commissioning a Policy Research Unit on reproductive health to commence from January 2024.
