Navendu Mishra (Labour)

Answer

We are investing an additional £2.3 billion a year by 2023/24 to expand mental health services in England to allow a further two million people to access mental health support, including those with depression.

We have also committed to increasing access to talking and psychological therapies through the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme to ensure that 1.9 million adults can access support for common mental health conditions, such as depression, by 2023/24.
