To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many penalty charge notices for NHS dental treatment have been issued in each year since 2011 as a result of claimants declaring that they were in receipt of income-related Employment Support Allowance.

The following table shows the number of penalty notices issued for National Health Service dental treatment where claimants had declared they were in receipt of income-related Employment Support Allowance in each year from 2011 to 2022.
