Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what risk assessments employers taking on apprentices are required to undertake.

Answer

The Government does not direct employers to undertake risk assessments for the recruitment of apprentices. Employers are required to follow their own employment practices in the same way as they would for the recruitment of any other employee.
