Insolvency Service: Finance (20 April 2022)

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what assessment his Department has made of the adequacy of funding provided to the Insolvency Service to perform its duties effectively.

Funding arrangements for the Insolvency Service over the next three years were considered at the recent Spending Review. The Insolvency Service regularly reports to the Department on its finances, its use of resources and its performance.
