Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many applications have been made to the Vaccine Damages Payment Scheme on behalf of people who are deceased in each of the last five years; and how many of those applications have been resolved with a full payment being made.

Between April 2016 to 08/09/2021 there have been 33 claims made to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme on behalf of people who have died. No payments have been awarded on these cases.
