NHS Covid Pass: Clinical Trials (6 July 2021)

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps his Department has taken to ensure that people participating in the Novavax vaccine trials are (a) able to show proof of their vaccine status for international travel and (b) not placed at a disadvantage when travelling overseas.

The Government is working with clinical research sites to add participant information of COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials to the National Immunisation Management Service, in order to allow participants to access their Covid Pass for both domestic and international travel purposes.
