PARLIAMENTARY WRITTEN QUESTION
Youth Investment Fund (21 October 2019)

Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what steps she is taking to ensure that the youth investment fund will allocate funding for the most disadvantaged young people.

Asked by:
Dame Siobhain McDonagh (Labour)

Answer

The Youth Investment Fund is intended to offer opportunities to all our young people, including those facing disadvantage, through investment in the provision and coordination of high-quality services for young people. As we develop detailed investment proposals we will consult widely with young people, including those facing disadvantage, and those that work with them.
