Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what information her Department holds in relation to perpetrators of crimes using sharp objects and (a) time spent in Pupil Referral Units, (b) housing status and (c) employment status.

Answer

The Home Office does not routinely collect information about whether those who are charged with, or convicted of, offences involving sharp objects have spent time in a Pupil Referral Unit or about their housing and employment status.
