To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he plans to include abortion providers among those organisations which must provide a disclosure statement when responding to public consultations.

The Department is not aware of any plans to put an obligation on abortion providers to provide a ‘disclosure statement’ when responding to consultations.
