Four Seasons Health Care: Insolvency (1 May 2019)

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the effect on NHS Trusts of the announcement that Four Seasons Healthcare has gone into administration; and if he will make a statement.

There has been no reported impact on NHS services. NHS England and NHS Improvement have been working closely with Four Seasons Health Care and other organisations to ensure the continued running of services and have established a reporting system for the National Health Service to report any concerns. To date, no concerns have been reported, but NHS England and NHS Improvement will continue to monitor the situation.
