To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what plans he has to increase the proportion of Apprenticeship Levy vouchers that are able to be passed down the supply chain to smaller non-Levy paying companies.

Answer

Employers that pay the Apprenticeship Levy can transfer up to 10% of their annual apprenticeship service funds to other employers, including non-levy paying employers. From April 2019, the amount that employers can transfer will increase to 25%.
