To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what reports he has received of false benefit off-flow claims from jobcentres involving misuse of the Flexible Support Fund; and if he will make a statement.

Answer

Since the Flexible Support Fund (FSF) was introduced in 2011/2012 the department has investigated one incident concluding that there was a link between misuse of FSF and claimants going off benefit.
