EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS FOR PREGNANT WOMEN (22 June 1992)
Motion Details
That this House notes with concern the findings of the Report by National Citizens' Advice Bureaux into the employment rights of pregnant women; and calls upon the Government to provide effective protection against dismissal to all pregnant women, irrespective of how long they have been employed, and to approve The Pregnant Women at Work Directive at the Council of Ministers meeting on Wednesday 24th June.
