PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
FREEDOM OF CHOICE (16 June 1992)
Motion Details
That this House regrets that the Prime Minister's notion of the freedom of choice is completely unreal to millions of citizens in Britain today who, having paid their electricity, water and gas bills, together with the many other weekly outgoings, are left with nothing for even the very simple pleasures of life; and would like to know when the Prime Minister is going to give priority to these people rather than the better off, whom his Government have always supported.
