PARLIAMENTARY INQUIRY INTO ISLE OF DOGS ENTERPRISE ZONE (20 May 1992)
Motion Details
That this House calls for a Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry to be appointed immediately to examine the full costs and benefits of the 10 year period of the recently concluded Isle of Dogs Enterprise Zone, including the full cost of tax and capital allowances on building agreements signed before 26th April 1992 and to make public details of land transferred to developers by the London Docklands Development Company on the understanding that payment be deferred until the development shows a profit.
