PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
MILITARY ACTION IN THE BALKANS (12 July 1992)

Motion Details

That this House believes that no British service personnel, whether in the Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force, should be committed to military operations in the Balkans, nor should British bases here or abroad be made available to the forces of other nations for the purpose of conducting military operations there, without the explicit prior consent of the House of Commons; and is firmly of the view that Parliament should be recalled during the recess if there is any possibility of further British military involvement in the former Yugoslavia.
