SMOKING IN THE PALACE OF WESTMINSTER (18 October 1992)
Motion Details
That this House notes the onus on employers to provide a safe working environment and the evidence of the harmful effects of passive smoking; and resolves to create a smoke-free working environment for honourable Members and staff working in the Palace of Westminster and associated buildings, including all cafeterias and the Strangers' and Members' Dining Rooms.
