CONDUCT OF THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (2 December 1992)
Motion Details
That this House urges the Chancellor of the Exchequer to register through the Register of Members' Interests the source of the ú19,000 paid on his behalf in settlement of the balance of a personal legal bill and to indicate if, under section 153 of the Income and Corporate Taxes Act 1988, he has paid income tax on the total amount involved.
