PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
HARASSMENT BY THE WATER COMPANIES (25 November 1992)

That this House calls on the Government to reverse the anomaly that allows water companies to charge for water before it is used and lets them prosecute senior citizens for not paying their bills promptly enough for water they have not received, especially in view of the colossal profits they are making from the public to give their boards and executives huge salary increases and share options.
